Ne\u017e abyste si potom vymysleli cviky sami. J\u00e1 sama za sebe doporu\u010duji, abyste se klidn\u011b pod\u00edvali i na internet, proto\u017ee internet je v\u0161emocn\u00fd, jak v\u0161ichni v\u00edme. A pr\u00e1v\u011b na internetu m\u016f\u017eete sehnat i r\u016fzn\u00e9 typy a odborn\u00e9 rady, jak na cviky na kr\u010dn\u00ed a hrudn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159. T\u0159eba tam najdete i dal\u0161\u00ed cviky anebo dal\u0161\u00ed tipy a rady na to, aby v\u00e1s nebolela kr\u010dn\u00ed a hrudn\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159. Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b, \u017ee tam budou i rady, jak t\u0159eba p\u0159e\u017e\u00edt n\u011bjakou bolest.
